Of the standard sizes in the most common materials, there are usually significant quantities in stock and available for immediate delivery. For the other sizes, there is no waiting time longer than the actual production time, as production takes place in the Netherlands. For exact delivery times, larger quantities and sizes or alternative materials, please contact IPCO B.V. or your local IPCO Plug partner in the areas outside the Benelux.

Keep the following information at hand when placing an order:

› Size and wall thickness of the tube.
› Thickness of the tube sheet, diameter and pitch of the holes.
› Material of the tube and the tube sheet.
› Maximum operating pressure and temperature.
› Are the tubes rolled and/or welded?
› Dimensions of any existing water boxes or baffle plates.
› Condition of the tubes and the age of the heat exchanger.
