IPX4 Plug<\/a> with a working pressure (Ps) of 100 bar and a longer range than the standard IPCO Plug has also recently been launched.<\/p>\nThe specifications of the IPCO Plug vary from unit to unit. They are available in different sizes and materials. The following materials can be ordered.

Always choose a similar material as the tube or pipe plate
\nof the heat exchanger! This can prevent chemical and\/or thermal
\nreactions between materials can be prevented.<\/p>\n
WORKING PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE IPX1
\nThe IPX1 can withstand extremely high working pressures and therefore works in all heat exchangers under the harshest conditions. The maximum working pressure and temperature of the IPX1 depend on the size and material of the plug. If the application places even higher demands on the plug than what is already possible as standard, IPCO can carry out additional investigations and tests to meet your specifications upon request.<\/p>\n
WORKING PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE IPX4
\nWhereas the working pressure of the X4 can reach 175 bar, the temperature of the IPX4 remains dependent on the plug’s material. If the application places even higher demands on the IPCO Plug than what is already possible as standard, IPCO can perform additional examinations and tests upon request to still meet the specifications.<\/p>\n
