So that sealing pipes in heat exchangers is safer and faster (preventive) than traditional systems. This saves a lot of time and money. In short: Maintenance without delay!<\/p>\n<p>The IPCO Plug is also subject to the high requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and confirmed annually by DNV, an accredited and independent body, a so-called notified body. As a result, the quality of the IPCO Plug is guaranteed.<br \/>\nBecause, the entire technical file and the manufacture and post-control of the IPCO Plug meets strict, essential safety requirements. This results, that the installer and the installation manager\/owner has additional security.<\/p>\n<h3>SOME QUALITIES OF THE PRODUCT<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides a safe and reliable seal<\/li>\n<li>Causes no damage to adjacent pipes and the pipe plate, thanks to the controlled installation force<\/li>\n<li>Is reliable during the life of the heat exchanger under the harshest conditions<\/li>\n<li>Has correct, simple and clear control of pipe size, thanks to the size calibre provided<\/li>\n<li>Has dimensions and codes based on the metric system<\/li>\n<li>Has lower installation costs compared to welded, explosive or other mechanical plugs<\/li>\n<li>Is systematically subjected to leak, blow-out, deformation and fracture tests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>IPCO Plug and test system heat exchanger<\/h3>\n<p>PED-certified IPCO PLUGS are used to safely seal or preventively seal leaky heat exchanger tubes.<\/p>\n<p>Plugs are available as standard in the materials Carbon Steel (C), Brass (B), Stainless Steel 316L (S) and Monel (M). Alternative materials such as RVS 304 (E), RVS 321 (ST) and Titanium (T) are available on request.<\/p>\n<p>Always use a similar material as the heat exchanger material to avoid thermal and\/or chemical reaction between different materials!<\/p>\n<p>Please contact us for the correct size\/material plug. Leaking pipes in heat exchangers must be sealed immediately.
